WELCOME TO THE SWEAT BOX! The Sweat Box, LLC was opened with goals in mind. We want you to set goals and reach them. At The Sweat Box, LLC you’ll find motivation, accountability, and results. Through plyometric and body weight exercises with hand held weight incorporated, you’ll gain strength and muscle and lose extra fat. We don’t just stop there. Flexibility and functional stability are addressed in every workout as is the core-the powerhouse of your body. Guidelines for workouts away from TSB will be provided, and nutrition is always included. In fact, if we suspect you aren’t following the workout guidelines and nutrition guidelines, we reserve the right to tell you to move on to the next gym. That’s how serious we are about making exercise and good nutrition a regular part of your life!
